At 18 km distance you will find an impressive Gallo-Roman site called 'Ruines des Cars'. It was built around the 1st-2nd century AD. The ruins consist of an old tomb and impressive foundations of a villa. The villa already had underfloor heating, running water and a heated swimming pool at that time.
