The grounds, our old watermill and the old road to Lavastre

The house is situated on the northern edge of the estate. An old watermill stands on the Corrèze River. The water supply is now cut off, so the mill is no longer in operation, but flour was still ground here during the Second World War. The watermill is about 1.5 km from the house and can be reached on foot via the old road to Lavastre. The old road winds through woods and meadows, with natural stone walls on both sides in some sections.

The estate’s plots are all adjacent to each other.
