The grounds, our old watermill and the old road to Lavastre

The house is situated on the edge of the northern side of the estate. On the river Corrèze lies an old water mill. The water supply is now cut off so that the water mill does not turn but during the Second World War flour was still ground here. The water mill is situated about 1.5 km from the house and can be reached on foot via the old road to Lavastre. The old road runs between forests and meadows with in some places on both sides walls of natural stone.

The estate's plots are all adjacent to each other.
