General terms and conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BED & BREAKFAST 'Domaine Le Marouby' (with the websites www.domainelemarouby.com /.nl /.fr and www.leomoakestates.com and owned by SARL Lemon Oak 2 in Bonnefond, France).

Bed & Breakfast "Domaine Le Marouby" applies the following general terms and conditions. These apply from the moment of booking until the end of your stay at our B&B.

1. General

1. General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby”, 3 and 5 Le Marouby, 19170 Bonnefond (France).

2. By entering into a rental agreement - booking, these General Terms and Conditions come into effect.

3. These General Terms and Conditions are available on the website and can be sent by email upon request.

4. Tenants must have a permanent residence or place of residence.

5. The owner is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of users' property. In the event of disputes, all (legal) costs are the responsibility of the users.

6. All risks related to a stay at Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” are the responsibility of the users.

7. Damage to or loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be reported immediately by users and compensated to the owner.

8. Guests must follow the owner's instructions.

9. In the event of violation of these General Terms and Conditions or inappropriate behavior, the owner may deny and/or refuse guests access to Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” with immediate effect, without further notice or statement of reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.

10. The owner's records shall prevail in the event of a dispute, unless the users can prove otherwise.

11. Guests of Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” must adhere to the House Rules below.

12. SARL Lemon Oak 2 is the owner and its director is the manager of Bed & Breakfast "Domaine Le Marouby," hereinafter referred to as the manager. The manager may be replaced.

2. Reservation and confirmation

1. There are no additional costs charged for booking a stay at Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby”.

2. The rental agreement can be concluded orally, by telephone, in writing and by e-mail.

3. After receiving your reservation request, Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” will send a confirmation (if space is available) and the reservation is final.

4. Our reservation confirmations refer to these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Payment by private individuals

1. The costs of staying at Bed & Breakfast “Domaine Le Marouby” must be paid upon booking via the payment provider, by bank transfer or in cash (exact amount) upon arrival.

2. The rates can be found on our website, at the front of the house and in the rooms.

4. Business payment

1. Accommodation costs at Bed & Breakfast "Domaine Le Marouby" must be paid upon booking. These invoices must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation and/or at least 14 days before the actual stay (whichever expires first is the valid date). Upon prior arrangement, payment can be made on-site during your stay.

5. Key B&B

1. As a guest, you will receive a key to the B&B. Please return this key upon departure. As a guest, you are responsible for properly locking the entrance door to the B&B and your room.

2. Loss of the key will be charged to the contractor (€100) and will be paid by the contractor in cash upon check-out or afterwards by invoice.
