Cancellation and no show (no show = not coming without cancellation)
1. If you are unexpectedly unable to fulfil the rental agreement you have entered into, you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can still offer the date that has become available to third parties.
2. In case of cancellation and no show, the contractor will pay a fee to the manager.
3. This compensation consists of:
1. Up to 3 weeks before the start date of the rental, cancellation is free of charge. The amount already paid for your stay will then be fully refunded (see point 4).
2. In case of cancellation within 3 to 2 weeks before the start date, 50% of the amount is due as compensation.
3. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks on the day itself before the start date and no show, 100% of the amount is due.
4. The amount already paid for the reservation will be refunded to you, minus any cancellation fee due (see points 2 and 3), using the same payment method used to pay for the booking.
