Cancellation conditions

Cancellation and no show (no show = not coming without cancellation)

1. If you are unexpectedly unable to fulfill the rental agreement, you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer the resulting vacancy to third parties.

2. In case of cancellation and no show, the contractor will pay a fee to the manager.

3. This compensation consists of:

1. Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 weeks before the rental start date. The amount already paid for your stay will then be fully refunded (see point 4).

2. In case of cancellation within 3 to 2 weeks before the start date, 50% of the amount is due as a compensation.

3. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks on the day itself before the start date and no show, 100% of the amount is due.

4. The amount already paid for the reservation will be refunded to you, minus any cancellation fees due (see points 2 and 3), using the same payment method used to pay for the booking.
