The estate is located in the municipality of Bonnefond in the ' lieu-dit ' Le Marouby . The area exudes tranquility in a beautiful rural environment where forests, meadows, humid zones, heathland, streams and views alternate playfully. Several streams, including ' ruisseau de Bonnefond ' and ' ruisseau de Mons ', flow through the estate and join the river ' La Corrèze '. There are several hiking trails and roads on and around the estate, perfect for exploring the serene surroundings.

The rolling landscape is part of the Plateau de Millevaches and is around 700 metres above sea level. These foothills of the Massif Central are sometimes called "the water tower of France" because of the lakes and peat bogs and the numerous rivers that originate there, including the Vézère, the Vienne, the Corrèze and the Creuse. The higher altitude ensures that the evenings on hot summer days bring a welcome coolness.

Our two spacious guest rooms each offer more than just a place to sleep; they are a private retreat with a comfortable bedroom, a living/chill area and a private bathroom. Ideal for those who really want to get away from it all, for a few days or longer, to recharge amidst the natural beauty. On the ground floor you can use the communal kitchen , dining table and sitting area.
